Grade 8 students from Bella Bella Community School collected their November InFORM water sample on Friday, November 13th. The water sample is shipped back to the University of Victoria where it is filtered across a resin that is particularly sticky to cesium. This resin is then shipped to the University of Ottawa where it is put into the germanium well of the gamma spectrometer for analysis.

Monthly water samples continue to be collected in all InFORM communities. We plan to release new data as soon as the calibration of the new detector is complete.
